How do I care for my My Heart & Soul Collections Apparel?

We want you to enjoy your  purchase for a long time! 

Here are our top tips to keeping it in perfect condition.

  • Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors
  • Only non-chlorine bleach
  • Preferable Hang to dry, but life’s busy so Tumble dry low if that’s your style
  • Do not iron decorate
  • Do not dry clean

We are primarily online, however you can visit the following locations to see a selection of our products:

How does shipping work?

We ship via Canada Post Expedited Mail. We process your order as soon as we receive it and do our best to ship within 3-5 days. (Sometimes quicker). Please ensure you are shipping to a secure location as once the item is delivered to post office it’s out of my control.

Please note, during peek shipping times all items are requested to be picked up with a Canada Post Slip at your closest pickup location to eliminate items being stolen.

Shipping is $15 unless otherwise noted, and FREE over $100 before taxes.

Do you deliver, or offer pickup?

All of our products are shipped using Canada Post Expediated Mail. We do not offer personal courier services. Pickup is available in Langdon, AB.

Please inquire if you would like to pick up your order.

Why are pickups left on your porch?

I cannot schedule in person pickups at this time. All items will be left securely on my porch so that the customer can pick up as it works for their schedule that day. I normally let customers choose a pickup time window that works best for them. Due to the nature of my work, I can’t guarantee I will be available at set times during the day.

What is your Return or Exchange Policy?

Our Exchange policy lasts for 15 days which begins the day the order is received.

Exchange Policy Exception – For orders placed between November and December of given year, the 15-day period begins December 26 of that given year as we understand that some of these purchases may be used for gifts.

To be eligible for a exchange or store credit, your item must be unworn and unwashed and in the same condition that you received it and you must return it within 15 days of receiving the items. A 10% restocking fee will be applied for all items returned. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All items being returned must be sent with a tracking number such the same as I do to you.

 

Items purchased at any retail space other than website are able to EXCHANGE only, it will be up to the individual store to ensure items are returned new, if they don’t feel it’s up to standard they have my full permission to deny exchange.

What if my clothing doesn't fit?

Size charts will be provided for garments. It is the customers responsibility to use the size guides when purchasing. I do provide recommendations based on my own experience and previous customer feedback where relevant. Returns and refunds are not accepted based on fit.

What are my payment options?

Payments are currently accepted via e-transfer or credit card.

Do you have Promotional Codes?

Promotional codes cannot be combined with any other offer or promotional code.

Only one code can be used on any one purchase.
